You may receive a bill if there are services not fully covered by your insurance, such as certain tests or treatments. We work closely with insurance providers to minimize out-of-pocket costs, but coverage varies. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate your family’s needs. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule and offer that time to another child. Yes, Dr. Chung can see newborns at THR-Plano/ Texas Health Resources at Plano (Formally Presbyterian Plano) hospital. If you are at a different hospital she will schedule a newborn appointment with you right away!
